CAA has done many commercial buildings since 1980. The first was the Accurate Lock Company Headquarters completed in 1982. Followed by the 1055 Summer Street Office Building, The 1250 Summer Street Troy Building, The Atlantic and Woodland Apartments, and The Norwalk Streetscape Project. CAA was also responsible for the Greenwich Court Condominium Apartments which included twenty units with below-grade parking as well as an adjacent office building for Chase Bank.
CAA also completed many retail spaces including salons, restaurants, and office spaces. We guided those projects through preliminary design, production drawings, permit applications, and construction oversight.
CAA has intensive experience in construction methods, zoning studies, feasibility reports, and engineering studies.
